As promised.....no hair in this one. I was scarred from doing "Let Down Your Hair." Well....a little of his hair is showing, but close enough. Poor little guy. He fell asleep on the job. It must be that sand he tipped over.
Definitely another learning experience. This took me about 5 days off and on to paint. Lots of colors and objects in thise one. Definitely one of my more complicated scenes. I took what I learned from some mistakes in "Monster Under the Bed," and so the night-time lighting has turned out much better in this piece, I think. It was slow going, but over all I am pleased with the results. Watercolor on Paper. Minor touch-ups in colored pencil Actual size 8.5" x 11" |
